The City Oak Ridge Utility Business Office will close Friday, June 20 at 2 p.m. for system upgrades & reopen on Monday, June 23, at 8 a.m. The online payment system will also be down during this time.

Payments made after 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on the due date may be subject to a late fee.
